武当太极二十八式

1.　起　式　beginning　　　　　　　 　                   

 2.　退步崩式 step back warding

 3.　揽雀尾　grasp　　　　　　　　　             　     

 4.　正单鞭 straight single whip

 5.　提手上式  lift hands and kick　　                            

 6..   白鹤亮翅 white crane spreads its wings

 7.　左搂膝拗步 left brush knee and twist step 　

 8.　手挥琵琶 play the lute

 9.　上步搬拦捶step up to diflect parry and punch 

10.　小擒拿手catch and hold

11.　右踢腿　right kick                                                   

12.　左打虎式 left beat the tiger

13.　右打虎式 right beat the tiger 　           

14.　左斜搂膝 left brush knee　　　　　　　　　　

15.    双插掌                                                                          

16.　野马分鬃 part the wild horse’s mane

17.　正单鞭 straight single whip　

18.　玉女穿梭 jade girl works at shuttles

20.　下　势 left push down
